This report presents the results of the first wave of the ITC France survey and the results of the second wave regarding the reactions of smokers and nonsmokers to the smoking ban in cafés, bars, and restaurants in France. The ITC (International Tobacco Control) project for evaluating public tobacco control policies is an international cohort study designed to measure the psychosocial and behavioral impact of policies under the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC).
