• In week 36 (September 2–8, 2024), emergency room visits and SOS Médecins calls remained stable compared to the previous week across all age groups, with the exception—as expected with the start of the school year—of an increase in visits among those under 15 in both networks.

• In week 36, as also expected, there was a continued increase in calls for respiratory conditions in both networks.

SAMU

• Over the previous week, the volume of calls nationwide did not exceed alarm thresholds on any given day.

Wastewater Monitoring

• In week 36, the overall upward trend in SARS-CoV-2 circulation levels in wastewater continued, although the intensity of this circulation remains low.
