Given that requests for support, medical care, access to healthcare, and legal advice often arise simultaneously, understanding the medical, psychological, social, and administrative aspects of their experiences is crucial to providing appropriate care and support. Designed to promote a multidisciplinary approach, this guide consists of four sections—key facts, rights and support, access to care, care and prevention—whose theoretical and practical information complements one another for the various readers this guide is intended for: health care professionals, social workers, legal and administrative support specialists, volunteers, and others.
