Gender Equality in the Workplace - Operational Action Plan 2023–2024

Through a policy integrated into daily practices, Santé publique France aims to enable everyone to work in a high-quality environment that fulfills the need for meaning at work, prevents occupational risks, promotes workplace health, supports work-life balance, and fosters commitment and motivation among all employees.

Committed to improving quality of life at work, the agency has been fully engaged in a Health Prevention/Quality of Life at Work initiative, incorporating the dimension of professional equality, since 2020.

The agreement of November 30, 2018, on professional equality between women and men in the civil service provides for “the development and implementation by public employers of an action plan regarding this professional equality, over a three-year period, by December 31, 2020.”

This agreement was formalized in Decree No. 2020-528 of May 4, 2020, which defines the procedures for developing and implementing action plans regarding professional equality in the civil service.

Thus, in addition to the annual action plan for the Health Prevention / Quality of Life at Work initiative, this document constitutes the agency’s operational action plan for professional equality between women and men for the years 2023 and 2024.
