Interview with Olivier Miquet, principal, and Muriel Torrion, school nurse, at Collège de l'Albarine in Saint-Rambert-en-Bugey, Ain (France). All students at the middle school were surveyed about conditions at the school. This assessment allows the educational team to identify priorities for their work and interventions. Among the many areas identified for improvement: explaining disciplinary measures and supporting students so they become more aware of their potential.
