Since its founding, the AIDES association has placed people living with HIV and hepatitis at the center of the development, implementation, and evaluation of all prevention and health promotion initiatives. It is therefore the people receiving support, the volunteers, and the association’s staff who decide together whether an intervention is “convincing,” that is, effective for the benefit of the population.
