How to successfully implement a project that fosters social and emotional skills.

For pediatrician Jacques Fortin, the development of psychosocial skills is fundamentally part of a "lifelong" educational approach. This approach is implemented by the family and social environment: parents, peers, teachers, youth workers, etc. For children and young people, this environment can be either supportive or harmful, hence the need to address educational practices at both the family and societal levels. For there are indeed “conditions that must be met” to develop these skills.
