Health education for migrants: under what conditions?

Is it possible to provide preventive care and health education to migrants? It is difficult for those who lack access to basic necessities: housing and food. It is possible for migrants with normal living conditions, provided that we practice active listening and take their life circumstances into account. Analysis and recommendations.
