Each year, patients teach future general practitioners for a total of 300 hours [Interview]

As part of the general practice residency program at the Bobigny School of Medicine, about twenty patients with chronic conditions and their caregivers are actively involved in teaching sessions and reflective practice groups. Launched in 2016, this participatory program brings the patient-centered approach—which focuses on supporting patients’ independence—to life.
