Located in Belgium, the Centre des Grignoux offers teachers and educators film analyses that can be used in classroom activities with middle and high school students. One of the goals is to use open discussion, facilitated by professional mediators, to address key issues facing adolescents: social issues, ethical questions, sexuality, love, relationships between boys and girls, and more. The film *Les Garçons et Guillaume, à table!* uses humor to explore the distinction between sexual or gender identity and sexual orientation.
