In the Aquitaine region, health workshops designed to benefit people in need were organized based on a set of specific guidelines that included an ethical component. These workshops were subsequently evaluated—with positive results—following a lengthy process. This article describes the evaluation method, which could be useful to others undertaking similar projects.
