Data
The surveillance system established by Santé publique France makes it possible to study the epidemiological trends of COVID-19 at the national and regional levels.
For the 2025–2026 season, the agency is implementing an “integrated” surveillance system for acute respiratory infections (ARIs), including COVID-19, influenza, bronchiolitis, and RSV infections, all reported in a single weekly format. This multi-source surveillance system allows for a better assessment of the public health burden of ARIs and their impact on healthcare provision.
