Access to Administrative Documents and Public Data
Santé publique France is a public administrative institution subject to the provisions of the Code of Relations between the Public and the Administration regarding access to administrative documents (Articles L.300-1 et seq., L. 311-1 et seq.).
In this context, it must provide any person who requests them with administrative documents (e.g., files, reports, studies, minutes, records, etc.) produced in the course of its public service missions, provided that the requested documents meet the disclosure criteria established by law.
Santé publique France has designated a person responsible for access to administrative documents (PRADA) tasked with receiving and processing requests for access to documents produced by Santé publique France:
Ms. Clothilde Hachin - prada@santepubliquefrance.fr
Santé publique France, PRADA, 12 rue du Val d’Osne, 94415 Saint Maurice Cedex
Requests for access must specify the desired documents with sufficient precision.
