Evaluation of the organized breast cancer screening program in the Isère department.
In late 1990, the department of Isère launched an organized cancer screening program (for breast, cervical, and colorectal cancers) targeting women aged 50 to 69. An evaluation of the program was conducted in 1996–1997. This article presents the results of the organized breast cancer screening program for the years 1991–1993 and 1993–1995.
