The target participation rate is 29.6%, stable since 2020 and still below the acceptable European threshold
For the year 2024, the target population participation rate is 28.4%; it was 28.5% in 2022 (comparison year2) and 30.8% in 2023
The proportion of people with an unanalyzed screening test that has not been retaken is 2.7% (below the European benchmark of 3%)
The proportion of people with a positive screening test is 3.3%, stable in recent years
1- For this report, given the current unavailability of 2024 data regarding invitations sent by the Health Insurance Fund and individuals excluded from the PNDOCCR, only the participation rates for the target population are presented for 2024.
2- Since invitations to participate in the PNDOCCR are sent every two years, year N is compared to year N-2.
