General Summary
In Week 41 (October 5–11, 2026), activity at emergency departments in the OSCOUR® network and at SOS Médecins clinics remained stable compared to the previous week across all age groups.
After several weeks of increases, respiratory indicators declined in both networks.
The number of deaths from all causes reported by INSEE remained within the usual range of fluctuation in Week 40 of 2026 across all age groups, both nationally and regionally.
