COVID-19

  • The circulation of SARS-CoV-2 continues to rise in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, with an increase in the incidence rate (748 per 100,000 inhabitants, up 146 points) and the positivity rate (34%, up 4 points), amid increased testing. Both of these indicators remain higher than the rates observed at the national level (576 per 100,000 inhabitants and 28%, respectively). This upward trend is observed in all departments.

  • The number of new hospitalizations is rising for the third consecutive week, as is the number of new admissions to intensive care.

Bronchiolitis

  • The number of calls handled by SOS Médecins has increased this week and is close to the levels observed during the same period in the two previous seasons.

  • The number of emergency room visits has continued to rise for the past four weeks, and the rate of emergency room visits exceeds that of the two previous seasons during the same period.
