Twenty-five middle schools in Aquitaine are evaluating their tobacco prevention efforts.

In the Aquitaine region, professionals from twenty-five middle schools have been trained to carry out tobacco prevention and health education initiatives. Three hundred such initiatives have been carried out since 2005. How can this type of program be evaluated? This article presents the methodology used, the results of the evaluation, and its strengths and weaknesses.
