Key Points

  • In Week 25 (June 19–25, 2023), activity at SOS Médecins clinics remained stable across all age groups.

  • The number of medical procedures for allergies has continued to decline for several weeks among both children (-18%) and adults (-32%). Other seasonal indicators show little fluctuation, with increases of less than 10% and low patient volumes.

  • Among children, there was an increase in procedures for isolated fever (+9%, or +97 procedures), viral syndrome (+11%, or +64 procedures), and insect bites (+11%, or +53 procedures), at levels consistent with previous years.

  • Among adults aged 75 and older, there was an increase in cases involving falls (+17%, or +25 cases) and vomiting (+33%, or +14 cases). Finally, regarding mental health, there was a slight increase in cases involving depressive episodes among adults aged 15–64 (+9%, or +18 cases).
