SOS Médecins' activity has remained stable both nationally and across regions for the third consecutive week, at a level lower than that of 2010 for the same period. Activity has declined slightly among children under 15 (-17%), whereas activity typically increases during school vacations.
The flu indicator is stable across all age groups, at levels significantly lower than those observed last year during the same period. Flu diagnoses primarily concern those over 15 years of age (78%) and are slightly increasing among those aged 15–74.
The bronchiolitis indicator is down slightly (-14%) and aligns with trends observed in 2009 and 2010 for the same period.
The gastroenteritis indicator across all age groups is on the rise (+30%), particularly among adults over 15 years of age (+46%) over the period. Gastroenteritis diagnoses account for 10% of SOS Médecins’ activity. This trend is comparable to that observed in 2009 and 2010.
The death rate is on the rise; the trend is comparable to that observed in 2009 and 2010 for the same period. The measles rate remained stable over the period
