Summary
The number of emergency room visits and hospitalizations is rising among children under 15 and remains stable among adults.
The number of visits and hospitalizations for asthma is down this week among children under 15, stable at high levels among those aged 15–74, and rising among those aged 75 and older, though without an increase in hospitalizations.
Also note an increase in visits for acute bronchitis among adults and for pneumonia among those under 15 and those 75 and older.
