The number of emergency room visits and hospitalizations is rising slightly among children under 2 years of age and remains stable in other age groups.
Among children under 2 years of age, emergency department visits for bronchiolitis are beginning to stabilize. The epidemic peak has passed in the Ile-de-France, Nord, Haute-Normandie, Limousin, and Aquitaine regions.
Visits for gastroenteritis are up 23% among children under 15.
Visits for stress remain above the usual average observed in the Île-de-France region.
