Key Points
Week 17:
Most indicators remained within the usual range of fluctuation for adults but were on the rise among children:
visits to the emergency room for suicide attempts, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and conduct disorders were on the rise among children; these increases are typically observed in the week following school breaks;
SOS Médecins medical interventions for behavioral and sleep disorders were slightly higher across all age groups.
The levels reached by the indicators showing an increase among children were often higher than those in 2019 and 2018. The levels of indicators for depressive symptoms among 15- to 44-year-olds and anxiety among adults were also higher than those in 2019 and 2018.
