How do you feel about your sleep?

Three questions from the INPES’s latest 2005 Health Barometer provide insight into how the French population perceives the quality of their sleep: reported satisfaction, sleep problems experienced over the past eight days, and the use of hypnotics (or sleeping pills) over the past twelve months. When cross-referenced with sociodemographic variables and analyzed regionally, these data provide an overview of the sleep difficulties experienced by the French population.
