COVID-19: Deterioration in all health indicators

  • Increase in regional testing rates.

  • Increase in the positivity rate across all departments and all age groups (with the exception of those aged 0–20).

  • Increase in incidence rates across all departments and age groups.

  • Increase in emergency room visits and stabilization of SOS Médecins consultations for suspected COVID-19.

  • Sharp rise in hospital indicators across the region (hospitalizations, intensive care).

  • Increase in reported outbreaks in ESMS.

  • Very high number of reported clusters.

Chikungunya, dengue, Zika

Since the start of surveillance, 77 confirmed cases of dengue fever—imported mainly from the French departments in the Americas—and 9 locally acquired cases have been reported. Additionally, one case of chikungunya imported from Cambodia has been reported.
