Update on the Flu Outbreak in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region

The flu outbreak is still very much present in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The peak of the outbreak is expected to occur in weeks 8 and 9. The predominant virus circulating is type A(H3N2). Older adults are particularly affected by this virus, as evidenced by the high number of clusters of acute respiratory infections observed in senior care facilities since mid-January.
