COVID-19
Week 36: Viral circulation continues to decline, but at a slower rate than the previous week. The number of patients in general hospital wards is rising slightly, while the number in intensive care is falling.
Incidence rate decreasing;
Testing rates are stable or even slightly decreasing;
Positivity rate decreasing;
Covid-19-related activity at the SOS Médecins association is slightly decreasing;
Covid-19-related activity in emergency departments is stable;
slight increase in the number of patients currently hospitalized in general wards;
slight decrease in the number of patients currently in intensive care;
no new deaths reported.
Chikungunya, Dengue, Zika
Surveillance for cases of chikungunya, dengue, and Zika began on May 1 and ends on November 30. To date, no cases have been confirmed in Corsica.
