For the third consecutive week, indicators at the regional and departmental levels continue to improve in S18:

  • regional incidence rate decreasing;

  • regional testing rate is increasing;

  • regional positivity rate decreasing;

  • COVID-19-related activity within the

  • SOS Médecins is decreasing;

  • COVID-19-related activity in emergency departments decreasing;

  • hospitalizations across all departments decreasing;

  • decrease in ICU or intensive care hospitalizations;

  • no clusters in S18.

  • Emergency department activity related to gastroenteritis in week 18 is stable compared to the previous week, accounting for 0.5% of emergency department activity.

  • SOS Médecins activity related to gastroenteritis in week 18 is down compared to the previous week, accounting for 1.0% of SOS Médecins activity.

  • The incidence rate for acute diarrhea reported by the Sentinelles network in Week 18, not yet consolidated, is 11 per 100,000 inhabitants (95% CI [0; 37]). Activity is decreasing compared to the previous week.

Pollen

Allergy risk across Corsica is considered moderate, with the main risk associated with oak pollen (3/5).
