Regional Update

Over the past 15 days in the region:

• No significant increase in emergency room visits or deaths,

• An increase in the proportion of insect bites among diagnoses coded by doctors from the two SOS Médecins associations in Nantes and Saint-Nazaire last week. This increase is likely linked to increased activity of various mosquito species, observed over the past several days by EID Atlantique, following the rains in April and May and the spring tide in early May.
