Over the past week in the region:
The flu epidemic in the region is subsiding, with a decrease in the number of consultations for flu-like symptoms (SOS Médecins and the Unified Grog-Sentinelles-InVS Network) and in the isolation of influenza viruses.
Six new reports of severe influenza over the past week, bringing the total to 34 cases reported by intensive care units, the vast majority of which were type A.
The season is characterized by a low number of reports of clusters of acute respiratory infections in nursing homes.
The number of gastroenteritis cases seen by SOS Médecins and the number of acute gastroenteritis outbreaks in nursing homes continue to decline.
