• The dynamics of the bronchiolitis outbreak have changed, with a significant increase in visits to the emergency department at Nantes University Hospital and consultations at SOS Médecins Saint-Nazaire for bronchiolitis. There is a high number of emergency department visits for all causes among children under 1 year of age, and active circulation of RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) in the region.

• A gradual increase in cases of gastroenteritis diagnosed by SOS Médecins.
