108 imported cases (107 cases of dengue and 1 case of chikungunya) reported during the enhanced surveillance period (May 1 to November 30, 2024).
Travel to Martinique or Guadeloupe for more than 57% of imported dengue cases.
No indigenous cases detected in the Pays de la Loire region.
A very large majority of cases (91%) were viremic in the Pays de la Loire region.
