Epidemiological Situation

The outbreaks in Saint-Pierre (Basse-Terre – Ligne Paradis) and Saint-Louis (Palissade) are still active. The outbreak in Saint-Paul (Crève-Cœur) now appears to be inactive or nearly inactive. New cases (early June) with no reported link to known outbreaks have been identified in the municipality of Le Tampon. Despite the onset of the southern winter, current weather conditions allow for continued moderate viral circulation.
