Key Points

Bronchiolitis: high activity in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, with the outbreak beginning in week 2015-47. Nearly 50 hospitalizations for this condition occurred in week 2015-49. In France, the outbreak is also continuing and remains more severe than in the previous two years.

Bronchitis: no particular trend in the Languedoc-Roussillon region for emergency room visits, while diagnoses made by doctors from the SOS Médecins network increased in week 2015-49. Nationally, the upward trend has been clear in SOS Médecins data for several weeks.

Pneumonia: low activity in the region and in France.

Gastroenteritis: very low activity in emergency departments in Languedoc-Roussillon and low in private practice; activity is steadily increasing in private practice (SOS Médecins) in France.
