The transition to this reporting method by all relevant clinicians and laboratory professionals is strongly encouraged to ensure the quality of the reported data.

Gonococcal infections reported by the RésIST Occitanie network continue to rise.
Reports of recent syphilis cases are stabilizing in Occitanie.
Prevention
The survey on PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis for HIV) initiations as of July 1, 2018, shows encouraging results, with nearly 800 PrEP initiations since 2016.
