Mortality:
A moderate increase in deaths based on civil registry data for the fourth quarter, with figures remaining within the range typically observed during this period.

Emergency department visits by vulnerable
populations: An upward trend in emergency department visits for children under 1 year of age and adults over 75 years of age, with figures close to expected levels.

Notifiable Diseases (ND)
No significant changes, except for the persistently high incidence of IIM in the region, particularly in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques.

Enterovirus
meningitis Persistent viral circulation in Aquitaine according to the virology department at Bordeaux University Hospital and emergency department visits for enterovirus meningitis.

Acute gastroenteritis (AGE) AGE
activity in hospital and pre-hospital emergency departments (SOS Médecins) remains stable in Aquitaine, with low case numbers similar to previous years.

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses
Influenza activity is stable in Aquitaine compared to the previous week and remains low nationwide.

Bronchiolitis
Bronchiolitis activity in Aquitaine is stable according to SOS Médecins and Oscour®; slightly increased nationally according to Oscour®. AquiRespi treated 22 children on October 26–27.

Vector-borne diseases
In Lot-et-Garonne, under enhanced surveillance for chikungunya and dengue, no significant changes to report (total remains unchanged at 2 confirmed imported cases of dengue).

Mushroom poisoning
Since July 2013, the outbreak has continued in Aquitaine with 66 cases according to CAPTV and 17 according to Oscour® in total (945 and 348 in France); 3 deaths in France (0 in Aquitaine)

Carbon monoxide poisoning
Since September 2013, two incidents and 2 people transported to emergency rooms in Aquitaine (119 incidents and 257 people nationwide).
