In Nouvelle-Aquitaine, an outbreak of measles has been ongoing since early May 2019 (week 18), linked to attendance at the Bayonne Ham Fair held from April 18 to 21, 2019. Since then, we have seen a resurgence in the number of cases in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department and more generally in the southern part of the region. The preventive measures put in place must be actively continued.
