  • The InVS is organizing its 5th SOS Médecins / InVS Day in collaboration with the SOS Médecins France (SMF) Federation on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at the InVS (Saint-Maurice, 94). The theme of the day will be "Non-specific health surveillance: new challenges, new issues, in France and Europe."   • Since the project’s launch on January 23, 2012, more than 4,400 people from all French departments have registered with GrippeNet.fr. In week 12/2012, 78% of participants reported having no symptoms (https://grippenet.fr/)

Trends in indicators for the week of March 19–25, 2012:

  • Flu: continued decline in flu activity

  • Bronchiolitis: low activity

  • Gastroenteritis: moderate activity for SOS Médecins and in emergency departments

  • Activity in private practice and hospital emergency departments: stable for SOS Médecins and in emergency departments
