An episode of local dengue transmission identified in Gironde (3 cases detected as of September 18, 2025);
Investigations, management, and prevention measures are underway.
Summary of imported cases
From May 1 to September 15, 148 imported cases of chikungunya and 115 imported cases of dengue identified as probable or confirmed, and no imported cases of Zika;
Most individuals were returning from a trip to French overseas territories.
