Monitoring of Activity Indicators for Emergency Departments and SAMU Services in Upper Normandy Period: September 1, 2014, to November 30, 2014 The data presented in this document (pages 1–3) are sourced from the Regional Monitoring and Alert Server (SRVA), which receives data from all emergency facilities in the region. Cire Normandie uses only data regarding the total number of visits and visits by age group (< 1 year and > 75 years) and the number of hospitalizations following visits to emergency facilities (Table 1). These data allow only for quantitative monitoring of the activity of the emergency facilities concerned and do not allow for an assessment of the reasons for seeking care at emergency facilities.
