Situation in Lower and Upper Normandy

A general review of regional indicators for week 2014-08 confirms that Lower Normandy and Upper Normandy remain in the epidemic phase of seasonal influenza, with high levels of activity. Several of the indicators used (SOS Médecins and emergency facilities) show that the increase in influenza activity continued in week 2014-08. School breaks (since February 22 in Upper Normandy and starting February 29 in Lower Normandy) could help slow the spread of the epidemic.
