Flu and Flu-Like Illnesses

  • Indicators for influenza-like illness remain generally stable at a moderate level. However, over the past two weeks, an increase in emergency room visits has been observed without leading to an increase in hospitalizations following these visits.

  • Type B viruses remain predominant.

Acute gastroenteritis

  • Indicators for acute gastroenteritis remain stable at a high level in community practice for the sixth consecutive week.

  • Activity remains stable and moderate in emergency departments.
