Epidemiological Surveillance of the 2013 Armada - June 9, 2013.

Overall Summary

No health-related incidents linked to the Armada have been reported to the ARS/Cire monitoring platform in the last 24 hours. Across the entire surveillance network established for the Armada, 286 people were treated by emergency and medical services (adult and pediatric emergency departments at Charles Nicolle and Saint-Julien, the Cèdre Clinic, and SMUR/first-aid stations). The primary reasons for seeking care included accidental injuries and/or irritation of the lower limbs (n=169, SMUR/first-aid station data), fainting spells (n=38), and headaches (n=29).
