Summary

In week 45, the increase in visits to hospital emergency departments for bronchiolitis continued. Regarding clinical influenza, the number of visits to emergency departments remains low, similar to levels observed during the same period in previous years. Visits to emergency departments for ENT conditions, acute bronchitis, and pneumonia—which had increased last week—decreased significantly this week. Finally, the decline in activity among children aged 2 to under 15 is confirmed (-10% for hospital emergency room visits and -25% for calls to SOS Médecins compared to week 44).
