  • 403 confirmed or probable cases of imported dengue fever were investigated in Île-de-France.

Measles

  • No specific signals regarding surveillance related to Sursaud® and mandatory reporting.

Pertussis

  • Both in the community and in hospitals, pertussis activity indicators were decreasing in week 38 compared to week 37.

COVID-19

  • Increase in indicators across all age groups for healthcare utilization in the community and in emergency departments.

  • Increase in the level of SARS-CoV-2 circulation in wastewater.

Bronchiolitis

  • Significant increase in emergency department visits among children under one year of age, as well as hospitalizations for bronchiolitis compared to week 37.

Asthma

  • Decrease in emergency room visits and visits followed by hospitalization, and stabilization of SOS Médecins consultations among children aged 2 to 14.

  • Increase in emergency room visits, emergency room visits followed by hospitalization, and SOS Médecins procedures among those over 15 years of age compared to week 37.
