  • Resurgence of imported dengue cases in mainland France since 2023, with more than 60% returning from the French West Indies, where an epidemic has been ongoing since mid-2023

  • In Île-de-France: 34 confirmed or probable cases of imported dengue investigated in 2024 versus 20 during the same period in 2023

  • Resurgence of measles cases in Île-de-France associated with widespread circulation of the virus in Eastern Europe
