The pandemic has made us realize how important it is to reach out to policyholders [Interview]

In Seine-Saint-Denis, one of France’s poorest departments and a region severely affected by the ravages of COVID-19, the local health insurance fund has piloted various outreach initiatives to address the low vaccination rate against the coronavirus: appointment scheduling by counselors, transportation services offered to residents of the 93 to reach the dedicated vaccination center, tents set up at the base of high-rises in certain neighborhoods, drive-through vaccination sites, and mobile buses visiting high schools… Today, the fund is building on these positive experiences to take a more targeted approach to prevention, with the aim of offering disadvantaged individuals and those who are disconnected from the healthcare system access to screening for certain cancers.
