Bronchiolitis SurveillanceIn mainland France, outpatient and hospital indicators continue to rise, confirming the epidemic across the country.In the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region, the rate of SOS-médecins calls for bronchiolitis remains above the alert threshold, and other outpatient and hospital indicators confirm epidemic activity in the region.In the Picardy region, the rate of SOS-médecins calls for bronchiolitis is approaching the regional alert threshold. The number of RSV isolates from the Amiens University Hospital is stable and confirms the onset of circulation observed.

Surveillance of influenza-like illnessesIn mainland France, activity remains low despite a slight increase in emergency department visits.In Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Picardy, all hospital and outpatient indicators remain at low levels, though a slight increase in the proportion of emergency department visits for influenza has been observed

Surveillance of severe influenza casesNo new cases were reported to the InVS in week 46. The only case reported to date, in week 44, was a patient hospitalized in Picardy who tested positive for influenza B.

Surveillance of acute gastroenteritisIn mainland France, as well as in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Picardy regions, the various indicators remain at low levels.
