Epidemiological Situation

Flu-like IllnessesThe seasonal flu season has not yet begun in Saint Barthélemy. In Saint Martin, an increase in the number of visits to general practitioners has been observed over the past two weeks: a situation to monitor.

GastroenteritisIn Saint Barthélemy and Saint Martin, the situation corresponds to seasonal peaks, with some instances exceeding these values in mid-November (W2015-46) for Saint Barthélemy and during weeks 2015-45 and 2015-47 for Saint Martin.

Bronchiolitis: In Saint Martin, the number of visits has been higher than normal for the past two weeks, suggesting the start of an outbreak. In Saint Barthélemy, a slight increase in visits was observed in week 2015-47.

Chickenpox: The epidemiological situation is calm in both territories.
