Analysis of the Epidemiological Situation

Malaria activity was low to moderate during the last quarter of 2016 in French Guiana. During this period, malaria transmission was concentrated primarily in the municipalities of Maripa-Soula and St Georges de l'Oyapock. The malaria risk map has not yet been validated by the Expert Committee and will therefore be released at a later date.
